Stolen Vehicle Tracking

All stolen vehicle tracking systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by the Global Telemetrics Secure Control Centre. Our dedicated monitoring teams operate around the clock to ensure continuous protection of your vehicle.

Each day, our specialists proactively review system alerts and contact customers when any unusual activity is detected. This includes monitoring vehicle battery status, identifying any unauthorised movement, and detecting instances where a vehicle has moved without the ignition being engaged or without the Driver Detection system being correctly utilised.

In the event of suspicious behaviour, our team acts swiftly to verify the alert and coordinate the appropriate response, providing customers with peace of mind that their vehicle is under constant professional surveillance.

Thatcham Vehicle Tracking

Thatcham-certified stolen vehicle tracking should be recognised by all major insurance companies. Thatcham has two levels of vehicle tracking S5 and S7. Thatcham S5 is the more advanced application offering an extra security feature Driver Identification. We have two methods of driver identification: D-iD and Driver Detection. D-iD operates through your mobile phone and alerts you every time your vehicle is driven. The Driver Detection is a rechargeable credit card-sized card that needs to be on your person and switched on when driving the vehicle. If this is not with you or switched off, the Global Telemetrics Control Centre will contact you to make sure your vehicle is safe.
